I am a Microsoft Certified CRM
Consultant, with experience in Microsoft CRM (v1.2, 3 and v4),
and in Siebel CRM.
I have worked with both Visual Basic, and C# and am increasing
my knowledge in these areas to expand my customisation skills
for CRM.
I've also completed Microsoft Certification exams in SharePoint
(for both Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server 2007).
I'm currently working on a project to implement SQL Server
Analysis Services, Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft
PerformancePoint Server.

Recently, due to market changes, we have moved our CRM focus to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Through my experience
gained in Siebel, I’ve been able to easily transfer my knowledge to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This knowledge has
been of great help in migrating our internal CRM system (running Sage SalesLogix) to Microsoft CRM. This internal
project was carried out successfully, and now results in over 40 users working with the system internally and
externally. As part of this project, we also rolled out Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server 2007 to host our Internal and External websites.
Due to the customisation that is sometimes necessary for a CRM System, I’ve been able to expand my programming
skills to use C#. This has been a very useful and interesting learning curve.
More recently, I've been expanding my knowledge of the Microsoft BI (Business Intelligence) stack, with work
on SQL Server Analysis Services, and working to integrate it with SharePoint Server.

I carried out installations, site visits and advanced integration tasks for customers
using the CRM applications Maximizer and Maximizer Enterprise. I have carried out
consultancy projects for over 150 companies including British Aerospace, HSBC, PriceWaterhouseCoopers
and Scottish Power. Through this consultancy work I have gained experience of many IT environments and
possess a good business understanding of the expectations clients have for the IT systems on which they
depend. I have also done a considerable amount of database manipulation work including clean-ups and conversions.
I gained considerable experience using Visual Basic and have programmed add-on applications for Maximizer customers. I created applications performing such tasks as integration with Accounting systems, and synchronisation with external data sources.
